We pack the order the day it is received. If paying by direct bank transfer it’s dispatched on the same day the funds are cleared, Monday through Friday. Orders received and paid before 12pm (Central Standard Time) will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). We will also provide you with an email notification to advise you that it is on its way.

Smooth Stag has a warehouse and show room at u3/23-25A King William Rd Unley 5061 in Adelaide. We do offer customer pick-ups and a showroom to view our range by appointment only. You can do this at our Contact Page here.
